Meet Your Instructor: Ted
Ted works on two teams at Affinity: document management and client services teams. In addition, he works with our customers to provide support and solutions in many areas. Before joining the Affinity family, Ted worked in management and marketing roles in the hospitality industry. Next, he began working for the Burger King Corporation, occupying positions in both accounting and IT, and worked at a technology company as an implementation consultant. He then served at a couple of nonprofit organizations in various accounting and investment roles before moving into a management role at a law firm specializing in default services.
Ted’s superpower is “customer whispering.” Working with customers, especially in challenging situations, and working towards resolution is his favorite part of his job.
